If you need to cancel a reservation at Corpus Studios™, please follow our guidelines:
Private and Apparatus Classes: Cancel at least 36 hours in advance
Collective Classes: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance

Yes, Pilates is highly recommended during pregnancy to support your body through its changes. If you’re already attending Collective Classes at Corpus Studios™, you can continue with the requirement of taking at least one Private Class to learn modifications specific to pregnancy. Our teachers are trained to ensure exercises are safe and beneficial for you and your baby’s health. However, we do not accept newcomers to Collective Classes who are over 4 months pregnant due to the physical changes occurring at that stage.
