Knowledge of anatomy is essential for top-class movement instructors and we offer an Anatomy course suitable for students with or without previous knowledge of anatomy. The Anatomy course is mandatory for all students wishing to follow the Mat or Studio Apparatus courses. This course is also open to anyone interested in gaining a better understanding of how the body works.
